RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. This period starts the day after you receive your order, or the last item if your order is delivered in several parts. This right also applies to sale items and pre-orders.

How to inform us
Send us a clear statement:
• by email to contact@goddessofworkout.com;
• or by post to Goddess of workout, 186 Chemin en Ramet, 38570 La Pierre, France.
You may use the withdrawal form included in our terms and conditions of sale, but it is not mandatory. No customer account is needed.

Returning items
Return the items to the address above no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
• If you use the return label provided by GOW, €3.90 per parcel is deducted from your refund.
• If you use your own carrier, the cost is yours and no deduction is made.

Condition of items
You may try the items on as you would in a store. Please protect them for transport and, if possible, return them with their tags and packaging. Their absence does not, on its own, lead to the return being refused. Only a loss of value caused by handling beyond simply trying them on may be taken into account.

Refund
We refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until we receive the items or proof that they have been sent. It is made to your original payment method. If you return the whole order, standard shipping costs are also refunded.

Cancellation before shipping
You can cancel an order or pre-order before it ships by writing to contact@goddessofworkout.com.

Exchanges
To change size or colour, contact us. Exchanges depend on availability. Otherwise, you can withdraw and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect item
If an item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us. The return is then entirely at our expense, with no €3.90 deduction, under the legal guarantees.
