Our first drop is available for pre-order from November 1 to 15, 2026, shipping in early December. You reserve your pieces now, they're made for you, and you're among the first to receive them.

Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

You buy a piece before it's produced. We start production when the pre-order closes, then ship your order as soon as we receive it.

Why does GOW use pre-orders?

To produce exactly what's needed, with no overstock or waste. And to guarantee your size and colour before anyone else.

Until when can I pre-order?

Until November 15, 2026 inclusive. After that date, pre-orders are closed.

Are all items on pre-order?

Yes, the whole first drop is on pre-order. This is shown on every product page.

Payment

When will I be charged?

Full payment is taken when you place your order. You'll then receive a confirmation email.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All those offered at checkout, on the order page.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Shipping starts in early December 2026. You'll receive an email the day your parcel leaves, with tracking when the carrier provides it.

What if there's a delay?

We'll let you know by email with the new schedule. Your rights stay the same: in case of a delay, you can ask to cancel and get a refund.

Where do you ship?

Across Europe. Shipping methods and costs are shown before you confirm your order.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Email us quickly at contact@goddessofworkout.com with your order number. Since your parcel only ships in December, we have time to fix it.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?

All our measurements, in centimetres and size by size, are in our size guide. Each product page also shows the size our model is wearing. For leggings, our guide how to choose scrunch leggings can also help you find the right style. If in doubt, email us: we'll advise you before you order.

What if the size doesn't fit when it arrives?

You can ask us for an exchange, subject to availability. Otherwise, you can return the item and place a new order.

Changes or cancellations

Can I change the size or colour after ordering?

Yes, as long as the pre-order is open (until November 15). Email us at contact@goddessofworkout.com with your order number.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, at any time before shipping, by email. You'll be refunded to your original payment method.

Returns

Can I return a pre-order?

Yes, just like a regular order. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed.

How much does a return cost?

With our return label, €3.90 is deducted from your refund. With your own carrier, the shipping cost is yours and nothing is deducted. If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, the return is free.

When will I be refunded?

Within 14 days of letting us know, once we've received the item or your proof of shipping. All the conditions are in our return policy.
